Not at all, our subscriptions are super flexible, you can pause or cancel at any time, you are in complete control of every aspect of your subscription
When you join one of our subscriptions we will send you a link to your dedicated control portal where you can control every aspect of your subscription at any time!
Impacto Coleccionables offers you the possibility to return your purchase within 7 working days of confirmation of delivery of the product. Impacto Coleccionables will be responsible for the logistical costs of the return.

You can pay by direct debit and you will not have to pay any amount when you receive the product.
It can take 20 days from the confirmation of your order to the first delivery. After that, one shipment is made per month.
The first payment will be charged at the time of activating the subscription. Thereafter, you will be charged conveniently every month until the end of the subscription.

Back issues
Thanks to our collection management, each customer will receive all the items in the collection regardless of when they subscribe. This avoids our customer having to buy items outside the subscription to complete it.
